Last updated: January 18, 2026

This statement is made on behalf of Aro Resources pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

Our business

Aro Resources is a UK based company providing resources products and services to our customers. We are committed to conducting our business responsibly and with integrity, ensuring that we respect human rights and operate ethically in all areas of our work.

Our commitment

We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and transparently and to implementing effective systems and controls to safeguard against any form of modern slavery within our business or supply chain.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains may include suppliers of goods, materials, logistics, technology and professional services. We expect all suppliers and partners to uphold the same high standards of ethical behaviour that we apply to our own operations.

Policies and controls

We operate policies and internal procedures designed to support ethical working practices and compliance with the law. These include processes for supplier onboarding, contract reviews and internal reporting. We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any supplier that fails to meet our expectations relating to human rights and labour standards.

Due diligence

As part of our commitment to preventing modern slavery, we take steps to assess and manage risk within our supply chains. This includes reviewing supplier practices where appropriate and seeking assurances that workers are treated fairly, paid legally and work in safe conditions.

Training and awareness

We aim to ensure that employees and key stakeholders are aware of the risks of modern slavery and understand their responsibility to identify and report any concerns. Where relevant, training and guidance are provided to support this.

Reporting concerns

Employees and suppliers are encouraged to raise any concerns related to unethical practices or potential modern slavery issues. Reports can be made confidentially and will be investigated promptly and appropriately.

Ongoing improvement

Aro Resources is committed to continuous improvement in this area and will review and update this statement annually to ensure it remains effective and reflects any changes to our business or supply chain.

This statement has been approved by the management of Aro Resources and will be reviewed annually.
